Our freelance experience began in 2019. We established LOYA House to grow with greater focus and professionalism, alongside a team of specialists. We serve individuals and businesses across Egypt and aim to reach every Arab country, especially the Gulf, before expanding to markets around the world, God willing.

We share a preview for your review and deliver the final and editable files. For ongoing work, we follow performance and share reports.
The deposit and payment schedule depend on the project; larger projects can be split into milestones. We explain the cost of extra revisions up front, and it may vary by revision type. Payment can be made by bank transfer, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or cash, as agreed.

Are the first consultation and estimate free?
Yes. Discussing your idea and preparing an initial estimate are free before you agree to start the project.
Can I request one service or several?
Of course. You can choose one service or combine different services based on your project’s needs.
How are revisions and delivery dates agreed?
We agree on the revision count and delivery date before work begins. If you need extra revisions, we explain the cost in advance; it can vary by revision type.
Can I review the work before final delivery?
Yes. We share a preview for your review before approval, then deliver the final and editable files.
Is ad spend included in campaign management fees?
Ad spend is separate from management fees and agreed with you. Your social pages and advertising accounts remain yours; we work on them with access permissions.
Do you offer support after delivery?
We can continue with social media or campaign management based on your needs, and share updates and performance reports.
